Listening first is a great way of starting to develop of how your business should use Twitter. Getting to know what people say about you or any issues they discuss and problems they raise, you will know what will be the kind of your responses expected when you get to the last recommendation. Set your marketing strategies well.

Experiment and find out which product or brand you will promote on Twitter. You should think why you’re doing this. Set up goals and hope to achieve it. It is not a lengthy process but it’s worth doing it. This will give you focus and direction in using Twitter. It is to know where you are and where you go. You might also need to brainstorm how Twitter can help to get there. Social media is an overwhelming medium. A bit of focus and careful planning will help turn this innovation into something you can weigh. 

Think of what you want to achieve and you will and be able to find solutions on what you have done.
